The doctors at the hospital that my mum went to when she fainted that day was very...erm... how to say?....no skill....
When my mother reached home, she felt pain in some area of her body (neck and back) and there was a bruise on her hand. But the doctors didn't say anything. What I mean is, after a person fainted, that person will feel a bit blur and do not sense pain immediately. And usually falling from a chair will not only caused one injury. The doctors did not perform full body check and didn't even find out the cause of fainting. They just gave my mother some pain killers and that cost $70!
We went to see the doctor at my house nearest clinic because my mother can't tahan the pain already. And the doctor was surprise that the hospital didn't find out the cause of fainting by blood testing and stuff. The doctor wanted to do blood testing but it was too late at night therefore he gave my mother somemore medicine for the neck and back pain and come back if it doesn't cure.

Doctor at the hospital:
I only heard him saying this:"Oh auntie, you can go home already. I will give you some pain killers. There is nothing wrong with your head."

Doctor at the clinic:
He...
-checking my mother neck and back carefully
-give injection
-listen to what my mother says attentively
-padding my mother's shoulder, asking her to take good care of herself
-said goodnight to us
-didn't charge us consultation fee ($30)

The doctor at the clinic seems to treat my mother very good, like want to woo her but NO loh... He is a very nice and caring doctor...unlike the doctor at the hospital........

I am very tired. Came back home abt 5 plus from hospital. My mother fainted at work and knocked on her head...One big balugu behind........Went to hospital at 9 plus last night then waited for discharge until 4 plus....Somemore I am alone lor cos they only allow one accompany person.
But everyone please don't be panic. She is ok now. She can eat Mac, watch tv and even scold me. So should be alright la....hahahaha

Let's talk about life now. Sometimes I wonder why I study tourism? What do I really want or achieve in life? Yesterday, I saw some paramedic specialists working at the hospital. I was thinking...actually I do have the passion for saving lives. If not, why do i join St John? So while waiting for my mother, I started to plan my life.

I have a Diploma in Tourism Management and I want to have a job which is related to this. At the same time, I want something different in my life too. Apart from the normal 9 to 5 job, I want something which is challenging, self-fulfiling job....and that is to be a paramedic specialists. After 2-3 years time, I hope to be a manager in a events company and then I will quit my job to join the civil defence. Nice isn't it? But let's see the Pre-requistes of a Paramedic specialist:

To be a Paramedic Specialist, you must meet the following requirements:
-Singaporean or Permanent Resident of Singapore
-5 GCE 'O' level credits, GCE 'A' level, ITC / CBS or Polytechnic Diploma holder
-Not colour blind. If shortsighted, lower than 500 degrees per eye.
-Physically fit. Male applicants must be PES A or B or C1.
-Minimum height for males and females is 1.6m.
-Minimum weight for males and females is 50kg.
-Minimum Pass standard for NAPFA or IPPT

What the (toot).....again I didn't meet their height requirement. Why is height so important? Are all short people like me dumbos? I am so disappointed..........

I can't go in. I tried giving us a chance but you don't give me the key. You are waiting for someone, someone who can replace me anytime. Who am I to you? You didn't answer. You let nature takes its course but time is limited and could change many things.

Don't expect me to be understandable everytime when you don't reply, I will assume that you choose to avoid. I wanted to move on....but you decided to stay. Our footsteps are not getting along quite well because you are too slow........I am too fast.

I am not sad 'cause I didn't really happy before. I am just disappointed that you choose not to be my man.......

Went for two interviews yesterday.
1) Customer Service Officer (Spa) at Orchard
2) Sales & marketing executive at Jurong

The first one is quite ok because I went to the agency that the company had hired. So the lady just briefly tell me the job scope and stuff and she will arrange another interview with the spa for me. She had called later saying that the interview is on this coming Monday.

The second one is more scarier....First it is a small company located at some wulu place. All the staff are bimbos and the Director was once graduated from my secondary school. She asked me some questions which really stunned me.
1) Tell me more about yourself
2) Explain the definition of Sales and Marketing
3) How does the 4Ps of Marketing relate to each other?
4) Explain how to sell and promote a bicycle
5) A financial company wants to give their employees some incentives. Explain how to sell your ideas to them
6) Tell me why should I hire you

After that I went to west coast park with the gals. Bao Qin drove us there but her parking....erm......hehehe...
That place is fun man! Lots of playgrounds to play and a 24 hours Mac. We played until very high sia....Even quarrel with a small and rude girl....She scolded us stupid and threw sands at us....I wanted to slap her face sia....but quarrel with a small kid is a quite an embrasses thing to do la....Therefore we just walked away..........But that place is so happening!!!

Yesterday I went for a interview at Chinatown. At first, I don't even know what is the company' name and don't know what they do, I just went for the interview blindly. The company's name is Kakanee Acquisitions, website is www.cobragroup.com . Quite a big company and I must go through 3 interviews. Wah...I kan chiong like hell...the interviewer is an ang mo and he make 5 of us to sit in a room and ask questions....So pai sei............................

Monday I went to birdpark and gave a presentation. Also kan chiong like hell....At first I thought only my ex-manager and assistant manager will be there to attend. But my ex-manager went to ask the Executive Director to join us too lor! My goodness......I could see my leader was very nervous too cos he kept pronouns wrongly or don't know what to say....Hahahaha me too also very kan chiong....kan chiong until I don't even know I was shivering....Hahaha so funny...

So sian now....no job, no money.........Please hire me ba!!!!!

My exams are finally over. Now searching for full-time jobs. Thursday I went to the Career Fair with Jiahui at Suntec. It was quite disappointing as there were more educational booth(2/3) than the employment booth. People who want to work in the Tourism/Hospitality industry, you just have to go straight to the STB booth and take all the brochures from Travel, MICE, Attractions, F&B, Spa, Retail and many more. Inside of the brochure, they will list down all the companies who are hiring people.

My Love is really gone. I hate him for not saying goodbye before he left. He had totally forgotten me. I hate him........

Yeah..my friend came back from Brunei le. Did he kept his promise? Hmm.....only he will know....By the way, any souvenirs? Hahaha...

Funny Joke: I sign up for Jetstar Asia cabin crew. Hahaha but sadly, I do not meet their height requirement. (What the....)
