Wednesday I went to St John. I felt like a big bad devil there. I have a Sec 4 cadet, named XX , she is very weak in her drills and commands due to absent herself for a year. Although other cadets are already seniors in Sec4, she has to drill with the Sec 3. But her drills are terrible, and I have to put her in the Sec 2 squad. This may be embarrassing but I don't think she feels it.Next, I punished the Sec 2 & 3 to change parade. At first i gave them 7 min to change from full uniform to PE attire, but they took 11 min. Therefore, to punish them, I gave them another 5 min to change from PE attire to full-U again. They were very shocked man...After they have changed, I asked them to change back to PE attire in 7 min again....They were exhausted.The other one is I punished the Sec 2 to march on the spot (hentak haki chepat hentak) for 10 min because they didn't arrange their water bottles in squad form. The reason why I gave such a heavy punishment for such a small matter is because the mistake is too small for them to make. They are already in Sec 2 and they should know this basic rule. This year we are the winning teams in both AC and NC, I don't want them to throw our face when they go for their NCO course. This is Riverside's reputation, is Jacklynn's reputation....
